Fishing for Bass with Bill and Bob
by Hugh Stoker
Published in 1966 in card covers. 52 pages. A fictional story in black & white pictures, in the style of “Mr Crabtree Goes Fishing”. The characters are Bill (an elderly experienced sea angler) and Bob (a young coarse fisherman), who go bass fishing using various methods at different venues. Some extra chapters on boat fishing for black bream and boat fishing for flounders. “Bill” is definitely based on the author himself. Plenty of hints and tips held together in a captivating storyline. Out of print and difficult to find in reasonable condition. Occasionally in secondhand book catalogues and on eBay.
Thanks Geoff, keep them coming!
